Terms of service

These terms govern use of the SellFactory platform ("Platform"), a product operated by CG Comunicazione Globale ("we", "us"). By using the Platform you agree to them.
1. Definitions
"Tenant" means a customer workspace. "Connector" means an authorized integration to a third-party account. "BYO Assets" means the commerce, advertising and AI-provider accounts a customer connects and controls.
2. The service
SellFactory provides commerce and revenue intelligence: it normalizes connected commerce data, computes metrics and helps customers investigate what changed. Access is provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the duration of the subscription or early-access arrangement.
3. Customer accounts & bring-your-own model
You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Under the bring-your-own model, you declare that you are entitled to authorize the third-party accounts you connect (such as commerce, advertising and AI-provider accounts) and you remain the owner of those relationships. SellFactory is not responsible for suspensions, limits or changes imposed by third-party platforms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, not to exceed fair-use and third-party API limits, and not to attempt to access data belonging to other tenants.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. We do not use customer data to train AI models.
6. AI features
AI outputs are informational and produced with a human-in-the-loop design; they are decision support, not financial advice, and carry no guarantee of commercial results. See our data-protection overview and privacy policy.
7. Early access, fees & availability
During early access the Platform is provided on a best-effort basis and specific commercial terms may be agreed separately. Fees, where applicable, will be set out in a proposal or order. Formal service levels apply only where expressly agreed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Term & termination
Either party may end the arrangement as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination you may export your data for a limited period, after which connected data is deleted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to customers.
